What is the Course Cancellation and Refund Policy?
If a student is unable to access a course due to a technical issue on the Nita Skilled app or website, or if they mistakenly purchase a different course instead of the intended one, the user is eligible for a refund and can subsequently purchase the correct course.
How do you get a refund?
You are eligible for a refund only if a course is cancelled due to a technical error. To request a refund, you must submit an application with all the required details; the request will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
